💬 A Note from The FounderS
Spring reminds us that change is not only possible—it’s natural. This month, we opened applications for cohort 3 of The Antidotes, activated our community engagement season, and continued building our peer support and leadership pathways.
Thank you for being part of the MRCI community. Let’s keep growing together.

🌟 March/April Highlights
✅ Career Pathway Planning 🧭
Behind the scenes, we’re gearing up for cohort 3 of The Antidotes and mapping out our Youth Peer Mentor Certification Program for Fall 2025. It’s going to be transformational.
✅ Mindfulness in Action 🧘🏾♀️
Youth are exploring meditation, movement, and reflection through The Antidotes program. One participant called it their “superpower”—and we agree.
✅ Spring Community Engagement Season 🌼
As of April 1, we are back outside! Our calendar has been filling up with events, community dinners, and collaborative content creation days. Let’s build!
✅ Southside Youth After-School Program w/ The Antidotes 🌱
We returned to in-person programming at Stanley Strader Park in March. Tuesdays are for grounding and creativity, Thursdays are all about real-world readiness. Our weekly mindfulness and life skills sessions are designed for students/young people, yet all ages are welcome.

A Gentle Reminder: You Are Exactly Where You Need to Be
Wherever you find yourself at this moment—whether energized or weary, hopeful or hesitant—you are exactly where you need to be. The start of the year is not a race, and your journey is unfolding at the pace that is right for you.
May we continue to care for our emotional and spiritual well-being. May we lean into unity, embracing both our personal growth and our shared humanity. And may we move forward, together, with intention and grace.
How has the start of the year felt for you so far? What has helped you stay grounded?
We’d love to hear from you—share your thoughts in the comments or connect with us on social media.
With gratitude,
The Wellness Collective
See you in May ✨
